BOXFORD — Boxford resident Kathleen O’Connell James knew from a young age that she wanted to be in the business of training dogs.  “I saw a K-9 demo and said that’s what I want to do,” she said.  She studied with German trainer Gottfried Dildei and honed the craft of helping people understand and connect with their canine companions in a holistic way. She started her business while living in Hamilton and has just moved it to a new property in Boxford. “I’ve been doing it for almost 20 years,” James said.  Atlantic K9 Training is now at 7 Endicott Road, across the way from Masconomet. A Novel Review About Cars

The fee was mandatory for decades but became optional beginning in July under a change in state law. The Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association, a state-created nonprofit entity that reimburses auto insurers for medical claims surpassing $580,000, announced the 14% fee reduction Wednesday. It said the cut to the fee, which was $220 per vehicle between mid-2019 and mid-2020 before falling to $100, is primarily due to health care cost controls and other changes in the 2019 law enacted by Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and the Republican-led Legislature. The changes reduced the association’s

Production Overview

The Centre's push for ethanol seems to have encouraged the sugar factories to increase cane crushing, as 149 mills in Maharashtra have produced 109 lakh quintal sugar within a fortnight of the beginning of the crushing season this year, an official said. The Centre had, in 2018, allowed sugar mills to produce ethanol directly from sugarcane juice, unlike earlier when there was a restriction on using molasses as base. Recently, the Union government had decided to allow use of old stock of wheat and rice for ethanol production that can be blended with petrol and diesel. "The mills this year

More than 100 cases are under review, according to information presented in Tuesday’s meeting. Even so, enforcing the public health orders can be a challenge. City officials have noted in past meetings that the Boulder Police Department doesn’t have the capacity to walk around and enforce the mask mandate, which requires all those in Boulder to wear a mask in instances when 6 feet of social distance cannot be maintained. The city shares addresses for the properties ordered to stay home, but compliance with the order is largely based on an honor system, Llanes said Tuesday. In many instances,
